The Ultimate Man Cooler

This is an issue that has been debated among men for years.  Over the weekend I will attempt to put an end to this debate.  Many have claimed to be the ultimate man cooler, but only one will come out on top.  All of the top contenders for the prestigious title of "Best Man Cooler" will undergo a rigorous review.  They must meet some of the following conditions: great beach cooler, have above average cooling capacity, easy to transport, rugged, durable, and most importantly a good deal.

In a perfect world the "best man cooler" would combine a cooler, seating, radio, lighting, storage, cupholders, fishing rod holder, and a fan.  From what I've seen so far this cooler does not exist, but I will search diligently for the closest match.  The best beach coolers and man coolers share many similarities.  First and foremost they must keep your beer cold.  They both must also be able to handle the abuse of long days at the beach, farm, dove field, lake, crawfish boil, bachelor party, SEC football game, and many other events that can push a cooler to it's limit.  So stay tuned to see to the Best Beach Coolers blog to see who will come out on top of this years "Ultimate Man Cooler" competition.

Please post a comment with any possible candidates.

Hercules! The Man's Cooler

This is the cooler that every man should have.  You are probably familiar with Coleman's previous marine cooler that was all white with rope handles, the Coleman XP H2O is the next generation of marine grade.  The XP H2O is large enough to hold 327 cans, insulated well enough to keep ice for a week, built sturdy enough to withstand the abuse of a charter fishing boat, so go ahead and get yourself one!

A cooler of this quality is more of an investment than it is a impulse buy.  This cooler will become a member of your family.  It will be there for some of the best memories in your life.  While XP H2O is an interesting name, "Hercules" would be much more appropriate for beautiful creation.  Enjoy your new cooler.
